Happy to receive my order quickly and well packaged, and colours were more or less the shades expected, which can be tricky with on-screen images. I have not used the yet so cannot comment on their quality, but on appearances, they seem lovely. I was pleased with the very reasonable postage costs as all too often this can put you off ordering things online.

I have bought craft supplies from the Meiflower stand at both Birmingham NEC and Newbury racecourse, I did not realise that you had an internet site I found you through a google search for grosgrain ribbon. The prices were very keen and I was especially happy to see that you sold reels of ribbon. Postage too was a good price.

I was very happy both with the speed of delivery and with the ribbons themselves. I made this order for a specific event I've got to do some decorating for, so my ribbon needs aren't huge in the normal course of my crafting. Personally I don't think that your sevice could be improved to be honest - your delivery price is excellent, you despatch goods very promptly (so should there be any delayed deliveries, they are out of your hands, and not your fault) and the quality of goods is excellent.
The fact that you do take the time to seek feedback from customers is also excellent. I think it shows that you value your customers and are also constantly seeking ways to improve your services.. And also, shows that you have faith in your products.services - as a company who didn't, is very unlikely to make such contact!

Just to let you know my package of goodies arrived safe and sound. The ribbon is the perfect colour for attaching to the flower girl ballet shoes and the cute little sequins are to be stitched on the two flower girls ballet shoes as well with some crystals, so they will look totally beautiful.
The stick on pearls I will be using on my Mother Of The Bride shoes. All in all, a very good purchase.

You should have seen us just before Christmas. 4 ladies on an overnight ferry to the Christmas markets at Bruges, sitting in the piano lounge drinking wine, with metres of your green ribbon trailing over the table and me demonstrating the pleated Christmas wreath! No problems with your service – this is the first time I have purchased from you over the internet, I usually wait until one of the shows to stock up!. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the products I ordered or the service from Meiflower - in fact, once I notified you of the fact that I had not received my order, the service could not have been better. The goods were resent on the day I contacted you, Monday of this week, and I received them on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the person who rang me to sort things out, but he was very pleasant and efficient. Apparently, the Royal Mail was at fault as the goods had been dispatched on the day I originally placed the order, which was 4th January - so both of us were let down by the Royal Mail.

Most impressed with you service. Although you were out of the wide red ribbon that brought me to the site in the first place, I found plenty of variety to choose from and did so. The shipping costs were very friendly, thank you, and the delivery time was speedy.
If anything I would like to see your product line expanded to perhaps cards, papers and other decorative accessories but that may be further than you want to go.

Very quick and efficient service.
These metal charms are so sweet. I like the fact that they're smaller than most. I think people might actually leave them attached to the shawls I have knitted for pressies, if I place them carefully. I am also gifting three dolls, so using the charms for necklaces on two, and as a decoration for neckline of dress for the other one. Expect to be knitting for an easter fete next, so will certainly use for items there.
